Do you accept checks?
Yes we do accept checks. Allow 2 to 5 days after receipt for goods to be shipped.
Checks must be sent to the name and address on the Contact Us Page.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Idaho residents must pay 6% state sales tax.
Does shipping and packaging affect down products?
Down-filled products and allergy free alternative down products are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove from packaging, fluff gently, & allow several hours to recover their full loft. Being sealed in plastic can cause the scent to concentrate. A few hours of airing usually removes any odor.
